The Detroit Area Chapter of ISCEBS invites you to join us in listening to accounts of situations, which if not mindful, could be issues of our own benefit programs.

  • 401(k) Plans - Who's Watching the Store?
    Process and documentation as keys to avoiding fiduciary liability. Catching deferral errors and not forgetting notices.

Deborah L. Grace

 -Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law (2010--Present) is a Past Chairman of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association.  She is a principal employee benefits counsel to public and private companies, advising them on all aspects of the design, implementation and administration of all types of retirement plans.


Cynthia A. Moore 
Acknowledged as an honoree by the Michigan Lawyers Weekly 2016 "Women in the Law"
 is counsel to a diverse group of employers in the tax and ERISA aspects of welfare benefit plans, including Section 125 plans,  COBRA compliance, consumer directed health plans, retiree medical plans, VEBAs and wellness plans. Also counsels plan sponsors on 401(k) plans.


Eric W. Gregory
Received his J.D. in 2012 from Wayne State University, was the recipient of the Margaret S. Raben Scholarship for Academic Excellence.  His practice is focused primarily in the area of ERISA, employee benefits, and compensation.
